Stacy's Stir Fry

This is a great recipe when you don’t know what to make for dinner! My Husband makes this for us and I love it so much! Its such a treat when he cooks for me!

Ingredients

2-3 pieces of chicken breast

4-5 Large Carrots

1 head of Cauliflower

Broccoli

Onion

Green pepper

Red pepper

Salt ½ teaspoon (Sprinkled evenly)

Pepper ½ teaspoon (sprinkled evenly)

Chili powder (1/2 tablespoon)

Creole Spice (1 teaspoon)

Olive Oil

Honey Garlic sauce ¼ cup

Teriyaki Sauce ¼ cup

Egg Noodles

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken breast length way first and then cut into small pieces.  Using a Large and deep frying pan and or a Wok, put some olive oil in and start to simmer chicken on medium heat.  Turning the chicken often to get an even cook.  When the chicken is half cooked add your salt, pepper, Creole spice and chili powder.
  2. While the chicken is cooking you can chop up all the veggies.  Carrots and peppers try to cut length ways, cut up the cauliflower and broccoli and chop up the onion.  Add all of them at once to the chicken once it looks fairly cooked.  Also place a lid on top to keep in all of the moisture.  All of the great flavors are going to come together nicely.  Cook the veggies until they are softened on Low to medium heat.
  3. Now cook the egg noodles.  Once cooked drain the water from the noodles and add the Honey Garlic Sauce and the Teriyaki Sauce to the noodles.
  4. Now add all of it together

Bon Appetite !!
