DEFECTIVE RETURNS – Sugar Baby will accept and process a return due to defectiveness for any item bought via our website at any time, no receipt for the original purchase is necessary. Credit will be issued for the full value of the original purchase.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS – Sugar Baby will accept returns for “preference related issues” for items bought online for up to 90 days from the shipment date. We will not accept “non-defective” returns (returns for preference related issues) after 90 days from the shipment date. If the item(s) are returned within the 90 days credit will be issued for the value of the original purchase price, not including shipping costs.

We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for any amount greater than your original purchase.

Once your package has been received your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days. If there is a refund due a credit will be issued in the same form as the original payment. You will be notified when we process the credit, however; it may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
