Tis The Season To Be Married (every new bride needs an apron)

Well well the summer of love is upon us and nothing delights me more than being apart of weddings

and all the details that follow.

Almost two years ago I got married to the love of my life Kyle.

I have also been privelleged to host many bridal showers and stagettes over the years.

I want to share my top 10 musts for a good shower/stagette.

1. Pick a theme (example Sex and the City)

2. Greet your guests with a glass of Pink Champagne with a strawberry inside

3. Bride and Groom chocolate covered strawberries

4. A Goodie basket (a sweater or t-shirt embroidered "Soon to be Mrs Nelson", a lingerie piece, a duster, cute rubber gloves,

a copy of Good Housekeeping, and of course a Sugar Baby Apron.)

5. Bridal sash and tiara for bride to wear

6. Decorate the tables with flowers, get balloons, and lots of candles for a cozy atmosphere

7. Choose a fun bachelorette music playlist that includes (girls just wanna have fun, footloose,Hot n Cold)

8. Keep your evening interesting surprise your guests with jello shots

9. Play games like truth or dare

10. Treat your bride and yourself to make up and hair so you can feel fabulous and have fun fun fun!!!

Melt the chocolate

Use a double boiler to make sure you don't burn the chocolate. If

you don't have a double boiler, you can make one by filling a medium

saucepan with water. Then rest a heat-proof bowl inside of it and fill it with your chocolate chips.

Make sure to leave the stems and leaves, as they make the berries easier to grip.

Line a cooking sheet with wax paper.

Take a strawberry, and dip it completely into the white chocolate.

Twirl it around to get it completely coated. Put it on the cookie sheet to cool.

When completely dry, dip sides of strawberry into dark chocolate created the look of a tuxedo.
