I love Heather's Story, its so inspiring! She is one inspiring mama and shelooks amazing in Sugar Baby aprons!! My Story: 5 years ago I battled Severe Post Partum Depression. I let myself go, and in consequence to my late night binges and feelings of worthlessness I ballooned up to 254 lbs. I hit an ultimate low. There are no words to describe how miserable and worthless I felt. It took a major wake up call, and my strong faith in the Lord to help pull me through. I made slow steady changes .. and I took my journey one day at a time. I fell in love with The Eat Clean Diet Books by Tosca Reno. Her books guided me towards learning how to eat in a way that kept my weight loss off for life... Ultimately making my new habits a lifestyle change. By eating clean, and exercising 5-6 days a week .. doing both cardio and weight lifting I have been able to maintain my 136 lb weight loss for 3 years. I feel amazing, and I am proud to say that I am a super mom! I want to use my weight loss success story to Inspire and encourage others to live a healthy lifestyle.. One small step at a time.
