From her first solo batch of shortbread at the tender age of nine, followed a few years later by her first cookbook for the County Fall School Fair, it seems Erin Bolger was writing the recipe for her future. A country girl who moved to Toronto as an adult, Erin is a successful professional TV make-up artist and the bake-it-yourself Carrie Bradshaw. She’s discovered the secret to keeping a smile on your face while braving the minefield of modern dating: yummy, homemade baked goods.
